Returns:

Lucy’s Inspired welcomes returns within 10 days of purchase. We welcome exchanges within 30 days of your purchase only if the product is returned in new condition. Please know that each piece is unique and hand-made, therefore each jewelry piece, size, and color may vary. FINAL SALE ON SALE MERCHANDISE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

Shipping:

All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24- hours before tracking package. Shipping may take 3-10 business days depending on location. Lucy’s Inspired is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS prior to contacting Lucy’s Inspired for assistance.

Product Protection:

It is highly recommended to remove bracelets one at a time. All jewelry should stay free of water, perfumes, and lotion.

Repairs:

If you need a repair, the jewelry MUST be Lucy’s Inspired. The return date for a repair must be within 45 days of purchase. We also must have all jewelry pieces for repair or additional charges may be applied.
